March 4th, 2011: The Oregon Coast - Over 17,000 hardy souls met at the Rogue Ales and Spirits Brewery for three days of Newport’s bounty of dungeness crab, pink shrimp, clams, salmon, oysters, albacore tuna, halibut, Rogue Ales, Porters, Stouts, Lagers, Gins, ocean-aged Whiskey, Vintage Vodka and Rum at the 34th Annual Seafood and Wine Festival.
Up the coast in Astoria where Lewis and Clark discovered the Pacific Ocean, Rogue hosted a Dungeness Crab Feed benefiting the Fisherman’s Fund as part of FisherPoets Week at its pub in the Columbia River. Captain Harry Lewis’ Fisher Poem was about his friend Deadliest Catch Captain Phil Harris.
All Rogue products are created to be consumed with fish – it’s in our DNA’s.
