Rogue Ales’ Ben Price for Wounded Warrior Project
EUGENE, OR, May 16, 2012 — Army Veteran and Rogue Bartender, Ben Price, has pledged his wages & tips this Memorial Day to the Wounded WarriorProject. Rogue Ales & Spirits has agreed to match the contribution.
Ben Price, as an Airborne Infantryman in the United States Army, completed 3 tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan. Ben explains his motivation for choosing the WWP, “The Wounded Warrior Project is committed to honoring and empowering our wounded warriors. It is an inspiring and comforting feeling to know there are people out there dedicated to raising awareness, connecting injured service members to one another and assisting in rehabilitation.”
Price is currently the head bartender at the Rogue Ales Public House in Eugene, Oregon and would like to extend an invitation, on behalf of the entire Rogue family, to join him in support of the WWP.
Since 2003, Rogue Ales & Spirits has welcomed home over 3000 returning military servicemen and women with custom painted bottles. Rogue extends its gratitude for the sacrifice these men, women and their families have made. Their dedication and bravery does not go unnoticed.
