Alcohol Sale Policy

Legal Notice

All alcohol and tobacco products are sold in Oregon and title passes to the buyer in Oregon. By placing the order, you authorize us to have the product shipped on your behalf by common carrier for delivery to your selected destination. Under the terms of sale, the common carrier is acting as your agent.

Delivery of Alcohol Packages

Delivery can only be made to an address where an individual at least 21 years old can sign for the shipment during regular business hours. Products can be shipped to a place of business or residence. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

Warning: Certain states expressly prohibit the direct importation of alcohol and violation can be punishable as a misdemeanor or felony.

It is Rogue's policy not to ship to certain states where direct shipment is prohibited: Utah, Massachusetts, Texas and North Dakota.

Please contact your local alcoholic beverage control agency for further information. In addition, other restrictions may apply as some states limit the quantity and type of products that may be shipped to an individual address.

Age Verification

By placing an order you verify that you and order recipients are at least 21 years of age. At the time of delivery the order recipient must sign an age verification receipt stating that they are at least 21 years of age and must present a valid drivers license, military ID, passport or State ID for identification.


International Shipping

Our system does not calculate international shipping charges. We will contact you with the shipping charges for your approval. Every country has different taxes, customs and tariffs that you may have to pay. We are not responsible for additional charges that may be added to your order. We advise you to check with the destination country's local shipping official regarding taxes or custom charges that must be paid before your order is released. Our System also does not allow us to prohibit sales of Alcohol to countries and provinces that do not allow UPS to carry it over their borders, due to this we review any international orders to confim ability to ship it. If it does not fall within the accepted countries/provinces then we will contact you by phone to obtain a new shipping address or to cancel your order. If we cannot reach you before your billing information expires in our system then we will cancel your order and return the funds to your account.

UPS will carry Alcohol to the following countries, If your shipping location is listed here then please check with your local Liquor Control Board to determine if they allow Bussiness to Customer sale of Alcohol and any other restrictions or requirements.

Special shipping for New Hampshire and Alabama

New Hampshire state law requires all shipments of wine to be sent by DHL or FedEx and requires us to collect 8% New Hampshire sales tax. These charges will be added on your order confirmation.

Alabama requires a state permit and that the items be shipped to an Alabama State ABC store. You can obtain a permit by calling the Alabama ABC Board in Mobile. This process usually takes a couple of hours.
