Code of Conduct

At Rogue our mantra is Dare, Risk, Dream. This is an attitude that comes from relentless curiosity and a drive to question, create and inspire. Our company was founded upon and thrives today because we collectively think big, get messy and risk it all when it comes to creating authentic, innovative products that we are passionate about.

We believe we collectively grow by not simply doing the same things over and over for the sake of ease or comfort, we believe in asking many voices for their opinion, we believe in humbly acknowledging faults of the past so we can ultimately do better.

The following codes of conduct are set forth in order for all Rogues to understand what we value most and the way with which we work alongside one another in an honorable way. We hold our employees, guests, vendors, partners and all those who cross our threshold (physical and virtual) to the same standard.

Inclusivity
The fabric of everything we do here at Rogue is varied and represents what we value as a team. We are an open, inclusive company committed to fostering a diverse, equitable workplace.

We welcome and support people of all backgrounds and identities. This includes but is not limited to members of any sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, social and economic class, educational level, color, immigration status, sex, age, size, family status, political belief, religion, and mental and physical ability.

Safe, Professional, Respectful Workplace– free of harassment and free of discrimination
Every Rogue employee has the right to be treated with dignity and respect and deserves to work in an environment free of harassment or discrimination. We value the work that our team puts forth each day and are committed to ensuring a safe, professional, and honorable workplace for each team member to belong.

We do not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind, rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior; regardless of whether the conduct meets the technical definition of sexual harassment, nor do we tolerate retaliation for reporting harassment or discrimination.

We do not tolerate violence, threats of violence, insubordination, discriminatory language, sharing sexually explicit or violent material, personal insults, racism, sexism, unwelcome sexual advances (verbal or contact), and bullying.

Reporting Procedure
We understand that saying something can at times be uncomfortable and scary. However, any employee aware of or experiencing discrimination, harassment or sexual assault in the workplace should report that information immediately either verbally or in writing to Human Resources, your immediate supervisor, or to a any member of Rogue leadership, whichever you are more comfortable with.

We completely understand that saying something can be difficult, so we also have an anonymous employee reporting tool through Speakfully that you can use to ensure that your voice is heard. Please be as detailed as possible so that we can understand and help as effectively as possible. You can also further communicate with us anonymously using Speakfully if you choose; see prompts while reporting. Only Human Resources has access to your anonymous report and will begin conducting the investigation upon receiving your report.

For those who don’t work at Rogue, please report any issues via this form.

Please report as soon as possible so we can understand and help.

Rogue will not tolerate retaliation against any employee for raising a good faith concern, for providing information related to a concern, or for otherwise cooperating in an investigation of a reported violation of this policy. Any employee who retaliates against anyone involved in an investigation is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including dismissal.
